Gastroakustik_01 (Performance / 2003)

onno is cooking. uli is sampling the sounds and people are waiting for the food

An gastroacoustic performance together with Onno Ennoson. Ennoson was preparing and serving a tasteful menu while Ulrich Troyer started with an empty laptop and recorded and mixed and remixed live the sounds produced by the chef. The performance took place at the Lindengasse, Vienna.
